| Numerous attractive investment opportunities with KBC and SQC |

On December 15, 2009, in HCMC, two subsidiaries of Saigon Invest Group (SGI) – Saigon-Quy Nhon Mining Corporation (SQC) and Kinh Bac City Development Share-holding Corporation (KBC) – have organized a seminar to introduce investment opportunities to investors, before the listing of SQC on HNX on December 17 and the transfer of KBC to HoSE on December 18.
In attendance at the seminar, there were numerous investors, shareholders, representatives of Kim Long Securities Corporation and the senior leaders of KBC and SQC, including Mr. Dang Thanh Tam, Chairman of KBC; Ms. Nguyen Thi Thu Huong, Deputy CEO of KBC; Ms. Dang Thi Hoang Phuong, Chairman of SQC; Ms. Nguyen Tran Trieu Thanh, CEO of SQC and Mr. Kelvin Chau, Deputy CIO of SQC. Addressing the seminar, Mr. Dang Thanh Tam introduced the general business situation of KBC and SQC in recent time; through which he referred to the potential strengths of the two companies - especially when the economy has started to restore significantly after crises. According to him, these strengths are favorable conditions for KBC and SQC to make breakthroughs in the future. Introducing SQC, Ms. Dang Thi Hoang Phuong – Chairman of SQC – provided investors more information about the strength of SQC in specific areas, such as infrastructure investment of the industrial group for Titanium deep-processing; Technology transfer; Mining, processing and trading Titanium ores and post-Titanium products, etc. together with such presently typical projects as My Thanh Titanium slag Manufacture project; Raw ore mining projects and the Industrial Group Infrastructure for Titanium Deep-processing construction project, etc. Moreover, SQC is managing the biggest and most modern Titanium slag manufacture in Vietnam with the total investment of 1,000 billion VND. The plant was built on an area of 10 ha, producing annually 60,000 tons of Titanium slag with the purity of up to 93% (so far the best purity in Vietnam) and 30,000 tons of white cast iron. According to her, the business fields of SQC are having absolute domination in the market of Vietnam at the present.
Ms. Dang Thi Hoang Phuong – Chairman of SQC – addressing the Seminar Similarly, in her introduction of KBC, Ms. Nguyen Thi Thu Huong - Deputy CEO of KBC, highlighted the outstanding potentials and strengths of KBC in various areas, such as urban, commercial, industrial, versatile service areas, finance, banking, communications, energy, etc.; including the most significant projects of KBC presently: Que Vo Industrial Park (Bac Ninh), Que Vo Extended Industrial Park, Quang Chau Industrial Park (Bac Giang), Phuc Ninh New Urban Area (at the center of Bac Ninh City), High-class Residential Areas I-II-III in Northwest Urban Area (Cu Chi District, HCMC), Trang Cat Industrial Park (Hai Phong), Lotus Hotel, etc.

He emphasized his faith in the sturdy financial potential and judicious policies, believing that in the future, KBC and SQC would make significant progress, contributing remarkably to the national economy and bring numerous practical benefits to investors and shareholders. With the development orientation of international integration, on December 17, SQC shares will be officially listed on Hanoi Stock Exchange (HNX). Soon afterwards, on December 18, KBC will also officially move to Ho Chi Minh Stock Exchange (HoSE) after 2 years being listed on HNX.
