Binh Dinh People's Committee issued the project investment certificate for the construction and commerce of the industrial group infrastructure of titanium deep- processing in My Thanh Commune, Phu My District, Binh Dinh Province.
- March 15, 2008:
Start construction of the Titanium Slag Manufacture on an area of 10ha at Hoa Hoi Nam Rural Area, My Thanh Commune, Phu My District, Binh Dinh Province.
- May 2008:
Inauguration of the Office and Workshop for-lease building at Nhon Hoi IP.

Operation of Furnace 1 to successfully produce the first slag batch, beyond expectations.
- May 25, 2009:
Operation of Furnace 2, a great success.
- July 24, 2009:
Inauguration of the Titanium slag Manufacture at My Thanh Commune, Phu My District.
- December 17, 2009:
Saigon-Quy Nhon Mining Corporation was listed on Hanoi
Stock Exchange (HNX), symbol SQC.
