SQC Shares Continue to Peak on HNX |

First opening session of 2010 Lunar year, SQC shares continued its fantastic performance, almost won the trade volume championship of February, surpassing low-liquidity of VN index. February 23, the increasing in gas and electricity prices caused negative impacts toward VN-Index. Stocks plunged over investor’s fears on both HoSE and HNX the entire session. On HNX, the Composite Index rose straight for the first 5 minutes before reversing. HNX closed with 4.04 points lost, remained as 161.56 points. Trade Volume was at 10.425 M shares, totaled 329.5B VND. Ending the session, VN-Index down 13.73 points, stopped at 496.29 points. Trading volume held at 24.35 M shares, totaled 994.55B VND. Even in the downtime of VN-Index, SQC shares still showed positive signs. SQC shares rose to 152.9 VND, continued to hold greatest value on HNX. Saigon - Quy Nhon Mining Corporation (SQC) is a member of Saigon Invest Group (SGI). In 2009, SQC total revenue reached 149.2B VND, with 25.76B in after-tax profit. It is estimated in 2010, SQC’s total revenue and profit will reach 869B with 300B in profit after tax. SQC officially went IPO on December 17, 2010. The company won confidence from investors with its one of a kind factory and world class management, making it the highest value on HNX.
